Amsterdam Rewind
Limited Edition | 10 Pieces
A city full of stories, captured in one piece.
Amsterdam Rewind is my colourful take on a city that never really stands still. A mix of familiar icons, hidden details and little references that reveal themselves the longer you look.
The artwork brings together different pieces of Amsterdam. The canals, the architecture, the energy of the streets and the unmistakable three crosses, all thrown into one bold composition.
I wanted it to feel a little nostalgic, but at the same time fresh and playful. Almost like hitting rewind on Amsterdam and putting all those memories back together in a completely new way.
Bright colours, graphic shapes, rough textures and hand-finished details give every piece its own character.
Each edition is individually hand-finished, making every piece slightly different from the next. With only 10 pieces available, no two artworks are exactly alike.
Same city. Same story. Each with its own unique character.
